MEIK PUPPE EINE FRAU UND 19 MÄNNER
No hommage, no parody - that's the way the new release of Meik Puppe, co-head of this netlabel, is themed. Althought all tracks are 100% Meik Puppe, the songwriting refers to the various styles of songwriters accompagning him for years or even decades - starting with traditional artists of german's Musikkabarett like Georg Kreisler to established singer-songwriters like Konstantin Wecker or rock/pop-stars like Farin Urlaub.
After creative and experimental journeys as Le Poupée, with the Renert Trio and this year's split-EP with Ed.Wibeau, "Eine Frau und 19 Männer" offers the "vintage" Puppe, just with piano and voice.
